PT Gane Tambang Sentosa (GTS) recently conducted a thorough update of its Feasibility Study (FS). The goal was to ensure aligns with the company’s current business strategies and long-term goals, such as maintaining efficient operations and ensuring the mine remains sustainable. To achieve this, GTS partnered with TURA Consulting Indonesia, a trusted mining and geology consultancy with industry experience. TURA’s role was to verify the accuracy of technical data, adjust plans to meet operational needs, and ensure the Feasibility Study complies with industry standards and Governmant Regulations.

TURA’s team supported GTS in three key areas. First, Tura gathered and reviewed all existing data—from geological surveys to equipment costs—to identify gaps or outdated information. Next, Tura analyzed this data to model scenarios, such as how changes in mineral prices or extraction methods might impact profitability. Tura restructured the Feasibility Study document, ensuring it meets both technical requirements (e.g., government regulations) and GTS’s internal goals.
