PT Tura Consulting Indonesia (TURA) was to conduct a comprehensive technical and economic review of a granite mining license (IUP). The review covered past exploration reports, legal compliance, and site conditions. This assignment aimed to provide an objective assessment of the project’s potential and identify key risks and gaps to support the client’s strategic decision-making process.
Services provided by TURA in this project:
- Desk Study: Review of secondary data, previous exploration and feasibility study reports (geological, topographic, geoelectrical)
- Site Visit & Field Observation: On-site validation and primary data collection
- Legal Aspect Review: Review of licenses, permits, and identification of legal risks
- Techno-Economic Study: Analysis of mine design, infrastructure readiness, CAPEX/OPEX, and project economics including sensitivity analysis
