TURA’s team delivered a structured and detailed approach to support The Consorsium of Consultants and A Company. Key services included:
- Data Collection and Data Assessment: TURA gathered and analyzed extensive operational, geological, JORC Perspective and other technical data from A Company’s mining assets to ensure a robust baseline for evaluation.
- Technical Review of Corporate Assets:
- JORC Resource Reserves Review, Peer Review of JORC Coal Reserves Statement, Technical & Operational Mining Review (including Operational Cost of Mine), and Future Mining Plan Review for PT JPC, PT BPJE, PT MAP, PT PBI, PT BKL.
- Technical & Operational Review, Future Work Plan Review for each business process for PT MMJ & PT SBL
- Assistance in Presentation to the BOD of A Company: TURA synthesized findings into clear insights and supported the preparation of presentations for A Company’s Board of Directors. This included highlighting key risks, opportunities, and strategic recommendations.
