Service Explanation

Mine engineering and operations assistance is carried out to ensure that mining activities run in accordance with the principles of good mining practice

Deliverables: Performance enhancement and reporting progress which relevant to scope of work as per described in contract

Duration: + 6 months subject to contract extension

Scope

• Preparing and implementing standard operating procedure for mine engineering work process • Optimizing and reconciling work plans/mine plan on a regular basis • Implementation of functions and scope of work in the engineering department • Reviewing and compiling a control system for the implementation of mine plan • Review and preparation of cost control system and data analysis • Technical direction and supervision of the operation of the contractor and subcontractor • Implementation of internal team improvement & development to strengthen the competence and quality of engineering department personnel • The use of an iterative solution approach in providing technical inputs and proposed solutions to technical problems in the field
